How long does it take to get my jewelry?
We provide a variety of jewelry including in-stock ready to ship and some personalized items. as well as handcrafted/made-to-order items. In-stock items ship within 2 to 4 business days. Personalized and handcrafted/ made to order items take a bit longer and ship within 7 to 10 business days. If your item is made to order, this will be stated in the availability.
From time to time an item may be out of stock. In the event that the item you order is out of stock we will contact you immediately to let you know of the delay. We will ship immediately when it is restocked. This usually takes no longer than a week or two. We will let you know the projected date of delivery when we contact you.
How do I care for my jewelry?

What does the Warranty cover?
All Faith Reflections items are covered by a 30 Day Warranty, provided at no cost.
Our 30 Day Warranty covers an exchange or refund for new and unworn jewelry and unused items. It also covers repair or replacement due to defects in workmanship and/or materials.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Faith Reflections jewelry and items. We will do our best to work with you should you have any problems with any item. We will not be able to cover jewelry or merchandise that is damaged due to excessive wear or abuse. For example, a smashed or bent up ring that was obviously worn in an excessive or abusive way. Keep in mind that sterling silver is a soft metal and it will bend and/or break. It should be treated with care. If you have a question about a piece you have purchased or been given as a gift, please feel free to contact us.
This plan also does not cover theft, loss, abuse or accidental chemical exposure resulting in damage.
Return shipping cost is not covered by this plan.
When I select Priority Shipping speed up processing time?
We cannot rush our production time, but we do offer expedited shipping options. If you need something with rushed shipping, please choose express shipping at checkout. The shipping will not be free on an expedited purchase. Additional shipping charges will apply. Priority Shipping does not refer to production or processing time, it only refers to the shipping method. If you need something immediately please leave us a note in the comments.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to work with you on any changes that you have. Please contact us immediately to request a change.

My piece isn't what I expected or doesn’t fit, what should I do?
It is important to us that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to return it for a different item or issue a full refund within 30 days of the ship date. Your return must be in new and unworn condition. The return/exchange form and instructions are found here. Shipping charges from the original purchase and to return the item are non-refundable. We will incur the expense to ship the replacement back to you for a first exchange, however, if additional exchanges are required, we will charge $7.50 for S & H.
What causes silver to tarnish?
Wearing your silver jewelry is the best way to slow tarnish build-up. Store your jewelry in an airtight plastic bag between wearing to prevent tarnish build-up. But over time silver jewelry slowly turns from a yellowish tint to even black. But tarnish is a natural occurrence and happens as your jewelry is exposed to the air. The notion that silver tarnish only occurs with jewelry made from low purity silver is not correct. Hydrogen Sulfide and other substances as well as climate and humidity contribute to tarnishing. But not to worry……tarnish can be easily removed and the original luster restored.
How should I safely remove tarnish?
We sell jewelry care cloths specifically designed to clean shine, and protect your jewelry. Be wary of products labeled “jewelry cleaner” because sometimes they are no more than glass cleaner.
A sterling silver jewelry polishing cloth that is chemically treated to remove tarnish is the safest way to clean your silver piece to their original shine.
