Refund policy

Any item may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the original ship date when it meets the following criteria: 

A)  Jewelry is in new and in unworn condition with the original packaging;  

B)  Returned within 30 days of the original ship date.

C)  Was not a personalized piece with no defects or was listed as a final sale item.

Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive and process your return.
