What Are You Planting? Galatians 6:7
I was talking to a friend this week and she said something that made so much sense to me. She said, "If you looked at a seed under the ground and saw how it burst open you would think it was a mess and totally destroyed. But it must do that in order to grow." How true this is.
George and I have recently been doing a little gardening on our porch. We planted the seeds and waited, a little impatiently, as we watered and nurtured what looked like nothing. They have now sprouted and we can't wait to receive the fruits of our labor.
So whatever you are sowing just know that some day you will reap the product of those seeds you are planting, whether they look a mess now, even if you see no results, keep sowing good seeds and it will produce a good harvest in time.
Galatians 6:7 (KJV).
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
